Documentary photography, much like a cup of coffee, can sometimes be subtle—its depth only fully appreciated when you understand the story behind the moments. On the other hand, eye-catching photos immediately captivate, drawing people in at first sight. My approach to wedding photography is about embracing the unconventional, creating images that are non-traditional and full of character.
01. About Me
Jim Lee is a Bay Area based wedding photographer with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography from SUNY New Paltz. With over a decade of professional experience, he has worked across the U.S. and internationally, including in France, Caribbean, Bali and Hong Kong etc. He was recognized as one of the Best of the Best 50 wedding and engagement photographers in the world by Junebug Weddings, his work has also been featured on different social platform.
